Ozzie the Dog needs a home
Ozzie is a 73 lb. sweet gentleman who's easy going and easy to love. He's been through a lot of hardship in his life and is blind, but you won't find a nicer guy. He gets around his foster home with no problems at all and can navigate the four stairs going outside just fine. A long staircase would be a challenge for him to get down. He listens closely to his foster mom and comes to her voice. Sometimes he needs a little encouragement from her, and then he's on his way again. He's working on his crate-training but is perfectly house-trained and hasn't marked in his foster home at all. Ozzie wants nothing more than to be next to his human for snuggles and pats. He will curl up by your feet barely touching you so he knows you're there. He also walks well on a leash and loves to sniff the trees and add his mark to them. He gets along with his furry foster siblings though he would not do well with a high energy or reactive dog. Small children would also be too active for him. He needs a calm home with a routine to feel secure. Ozzie is waiting to learn what it's like to be truly loved and cherished by his forever family.
